Another concept car was brought under the spotlight last Tuesday at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, introduced by none other than BMW that also delivered its consumers the feel of a driverless car. Keep reading and uncover all the new features of this majestic beast.
The iVision Future Interaction is a powerful concept car that comes with an orange color. Plenty of space for spreading your legs while you are inside the car, driving.
This car does not have any side view mirrors but is equipped with a 3 camera system. According to the manufacturer of this concept, this system provides greater coverage for convenient view by removing blind spots.
The interior looking mirror has been replaced by a 21-inch screen on which the images are projected; similar to the security control panel located in many companies for maintaining security.
Furthermore, you can manipulate this 21-inch screen using voice recognition, hand gestures on top of the screen and sensitive touch screen. The dashboard inside the car has a humongous space and it can literally carry out multiple activities for you making your driving experience easy, simple and almost effortless.
This new and sophisticated BMW concept car iVision Future Interaction can be driven using 3 distinct features:
Pure drive enables you to drive the car manually, just like the way we drive our usual cars. While the “Assist” mode provides only a little bit of assistance in driving. Lastly, “auto-mode” as the name suggests, is full automation of the vehicle.
“Gesture Control Parking” is probably the coolest function that enables you to park in and out of any parking space with the help of your hand gestures.
Large scale availability of this wonderful concept car is still unknown as the company has not announced any related news. But let us remain optimistic and hope that it soon does.
