LG officially confirmed that its upcoming flagship smartphone, the LG G5 is going to be launched on February 21.
We all had suspected for a long time that the South Korean company will unveil its high-end LG G5 in this year’s World Mobile Congress (WMC). However, LG announced through its social media channels that the launch will be held a day before the MWC officially kicks off. Besides Samsung’s much-speculated Galaxy S7 smartphone, LG G5 has been another center of attraction for mobile-loving people.
February 21st is indeed going to be an interesting day because both of the handsets are going to be launched then. And if you don’t know, an LG executive said in an interview last month that the company “is ready to take on Samsung” this year.
Several rumors and leaks have been out about the LG G5. It’s expected to have superb design and high-end features. It can come with a fully metal body and dual rear cameras as well.
