Apple’s CEO Tim Cook said “It’s going to be Christmas Eve for a while” when he was asked about the Apple car.
Recently, on Friday, Apple had an annual shareholder meeting in Cupertino, California. However, at the meeting Tim Cook, the CEO of the Apple, was asked about Apple’s automobile which has been going around in the rumor mill for a long time, Tim answered gentle saying “Do you remember when you were a kid, and Christmas Eve, it was so exciting, you weren’t sure what was going to be downstairs? Well, it’s going to be Christmas Eve for a while.”
Even before answering the question, he had a joke saying “maybe I should have called on someone else.”
On the other hand, Tesla’s CEO Elon Musk said that Apple’s automobile ambitions are an open secret around Silicon Valley though Apple always escaped speaking out about its automobile activities.
Furthermore, the report tells that on which project Apple is working to build the Apple car called “Project Titan” and it has almost 600 employees, but a sad news is that, recently, the in charge of Project Titan named Steve Zadesky resigned from Apple.
According to the Bloomberg report, it has shown that Apple is planning to produce the “iCar” as early as 2020.
