Google added Reminders to Google Calendar on iPhone and Android a few months ago and now the company has announced to bring the feature to its web interface.
“Starting this week, we’re bringing Reminders in Google Calendar to the web so you can keep track of your to-dos alongside your events.”
Google wrote in a blog post on Tuesday.
These reminders will work just as the same way they do in the mobile app version. Moreover, they will sync across all of your devices and platforms including Keep, Inbox, and the Google app. So, from now on you will be able to manage your day to day tasks whenever you’re at your desk or on your phone.
According to Google, this is how a reminder works –
- Reminders stick around – If a reminder isn’t completed, it will appear at the top of your calendar until you mark it done.
- Reminders work across Google – Reminders you create in Inbox, Keep, and the Google app will also show in Google Calendar.
- Reminders sync with mobile – Reminders created in mobile show up on the web and vice versa. So you can stay on track from just about anywhere.
Reminders in Google Calendar are very helpful to keep track of your to-dos alongside your scheduled events, it is a single way to manage your day.
