With Tesla’s secret “masterplan” revealed on Twitter a few weeks ago, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX Elon Musk is taking his time to come up with further innovations. The CEO seems to have successfully completed everything, as per the company’s mission objective, everything it planned to attain since 2006 and widely available for you to purchase online.
While most of the consumers are patiently waiting to know the “top secret masterplan” to be revealed by Tesla, the business website called Bloomberg has highlighted a slight change in the mission statement of the company; it says “sustainable energy” now, whereas it was “sustainable transport” previously.
This abrupt change in Tesla’s mission statement has been quite obvious, especially Tesla’s involvement in bidding to fully take over SolarCity, a company specializing in creating solar power channels.
It has been also reported by Bloomberg that Tesla has placed a far greater bid for taking over SolarCity with the size of the bid far greater than the actual cost of the solar power generating company.
The decision of Tesla Motors Inc. for taking over the US largest rooftop solar panel manufacturer will assist the company in becoming the leading business in this industry as people are becoming highly conscious for ensuring greater safety for the planet Earth.
According to the report generated by Tom Randall of Bloomberg who stated,
“It’s also a battery company that wants to link its two biggest markets: energy supply (solar) with energy demand (electric cars).”
The answer appears to be evident now, the sudden change in the company’s mission objective will be solely focusing on ensuring safety for the environment; quite similar to its initial mission statement that implied taking absolute responsibility for the environment.
With SpaceX, Elon Musk has intentions to dominate the space industry, while Tesla remains on this planet for taking care of earthly matters. That’s really sweet of him that he has no desire to abandon the Earth entirely.
