Due to our diverse busyness we use smartphones a great deal. We converse, use the internet, take pictures- Smartphones are used by us very often. Consequently, the phones are to be charged frequently too. When you do not have a portable charger you normally choose the night to charge your phone.
Many of us plug in the phone at night and fall asleep so that we get the battery fully charged. But is it good for the health of phones?
Some users change their phones many times at short intervals. Changing phones frequently is a good idea that you needn’t worry about the battery life. But, users who love to use their same phones for quite a long time they have to be careful about how they are using their devices.
Charging a phone for a whole night does not harm the battery as said by charger manufacturer company Anker’s spokesperson Ido Kampose. He also said, “Smartphone is actually adequately smart”. It knows how much it needs. Smartphones automatically stop being charged when the battery is fully charged no matter whether the device is connected to the electricity. As a matter of fact putting your phone in charge is not anything catastrophic.
But charging phones repeatedly within a short span of time is erosive for the battery life. Charging phones from zero to 100% is bad too. Technology dedicated website PC adviser reported that the best condition to use a smartphone is when it is charged between 40%-80%.
Using phones when the charge is below 20% is bad. Unorthodoxically, always charging phones from zero to 100 percent is also bad. Though, it can be done once in a month only.
It is recommended that you always use the charger that came with the phone. In case that charger is lost, buy a good quality charger.
