Goldman Sachs is adopting a new platform to help recruit young job seekers. It is using Spotify to hire.
On Wednesday the firm launched an advertising campaign on Spotify. Spotify is Sweden-based music streaming application which draws the attention of prospective job applicants.
The investment bank will run the campaign in both the US and the UK. The campaign will link back to the firm’s conventional careers quiz. The career quiz helps the young talent to decide in which department they should work.

Goldman is bringing changes in its recruitment process substantially. Recently, it has created in the story in Snapchat in order to young talents.
The bank is trying to forsake traditional way recruiting. In June it announced it will invite students to interview by a pre- recorded video platform known as HireVue.
