Meizu has announced Meizu Pro 6 smartphones in Beijing today. The handsets came out with a 5.2-inch AMOLED display with a unibody metal design as well as the smallest and thinnest antenna design. Well, aiming at the iPhone’s design statement Meizu said that the whole phone has 48% less plastic in its design. That means the device will have a sturdy and well-designed parameter. They have introduced 3D Press, which is their version of the Apple iPhone’s 3D Touch.
The Meizu Pro 6 is powered by a 10-core MediaTek Helio X25 processor, which is the one and only deca-core processor on the market. The Xiaomi and Huawei P9 have the same specs regarding the price tag. These three phones have the same 7.25mm thickness and more importantly they have no camera bump on the back. Meizu Pro 6 features 4GB RAM with 32GB and 64GB storage capacity.
The camera has a 21-megapixel Sony IMX230 sensor to shoot the best photos right from the eye of the camera. Though they have made the lens production on their own way and made it smaller and thinner than the conventional lenses, this made no compromises on the image quality. The focusing speed of this camera is just 0.07 seconds and with the integration of Ring LED Flash, the night photos look brighter and sharper than the other 21-megapixel sensors.
Meizu Pro 6 features 2560mAh lithium-ion battery cells which power the 1080p resolution display with ease. The data communication of this device has been constructed with the speed of USB Type-C connection parameters. The price of this device has been fixed at just under $390 which is for the 32GB model and $430 which is for the 64GB model.
