Do you know what you’ve downloaded on your torrent lately?
Of course, you know. And, if you’ve downloaded them without using VPN or proxy, it’s likely the rest of the world know too. Yes, you read that right. There’s actually a website called “I Know What You Download” that tracks and saves what you’ve downloaded so far through torrent sites.
It knows what you download
You may have downloaded a lot of pirated and non-pirated contents using torrent websites, and to maintain your privacy, you may also have deleted them from your torrent client. Scary but true, all those names have been saved in “I Know What You Download.” You can also cross check them if you want. All you have to do is just go to the website and click Find IP.
In a matter of few seconds, you will see all downloads and torrents distributed from your IP address on your screen. The list includes the title and size, as well as the time and date of downloads.
Checking own downloads isn’t enough?
Well, tracking websites aren’t fun until you can spy on others. You can also view the torrent download history of your family and friends using this website. Just put their IP address in the search box, and you’ll see the list.
If you don’t know their IP address, not a problem. With its nifty spy tool, you can see what your friends are downloading. You friend alleged download history will be displayed immediately if s/he clicks on a link you send them.
There is a possibility that it will display all your torrent downloads for one IP address if you’re on a connection with dynamic IP address. This is because every time you connect to the internet, a new IP will be assigned, which is mostly common with cellular networks.
