The year 2017 is the 10th anniversary of the Apple iPhone. As far we know, the American tech giant is planning to unveil three handsets. Including a new iPhone 8 along with an iPhone 7s and 7s plus. A source close to Apple has said this new tenth anniversary iPhone could cost over $1000. While the most expensive iPhone 7 Plus costs $969 in the US, and €1,119 in Europe.
Well, these upcoming handset’s sizes would be a 4.7″ for iPhone 7s, a 5.5″ for iPhone 7s Plus and a 5.8″ for iPhone 8. The ordinary one was supposed to come with a button-free design along with an edge-to-edge OLED screen, as rumors said.
So, now if the phone appears with no buttons, where would the home button be set? Well, regarding this the rumor also says that the home button can be replaced by the touch bar. Just like the ones in Macbooks.
According to the report, it says that OLED screens are the major fact of the next iPhone being more expensive. As OLED panels are pricier than the LCD panels which Apple is using right now for its iPhone 7.
