Recently, Apple called a representative at an Apple store in New York to say to stop selling its new LG 5K UltraFine monitor. It was because of a hardware issue with the gadget, according to the Business Insider report.
The reports also stated Apple told its Apple Store employees not to sell any LG monitors to the customers. But to continue to display them at Apple stores. The company instructed its employees that if anyone wants to purchase this monitor, then order from Apple’s online store.
The LG 5K UltraFine monitor came last year along with the new McBook Pro. Since the display’s release, there have been reports of issues. For example, screen glimmering, obstruction with adjacent switches, and other different issues as well, which were reported earlier by MacRumors.
However, regarding this issue, the American tech giant Apple didn’t say anything in reaction while LG was out of reach to get any comment about this fact.
