Ever since so many shootouts have taken lives of brave police officers in the USA who are risking themselves everyday for protecting us. Engineers of the Brigham Young University have designed a light and easy to carry, yet strong Kevlar for police forces that can stop bullets triggered from any handguns.
How is this Kevlar different from the rest?
Anybody can unpack this 55-pound folding Kevlar at the shortest time during intense situations without a problem. This 12 layered Kevlar, framed with aluminum instead of steel is the only reason to make it extremely light.
The average ballistic barrier weighs up to 100 pounds, once raised, this shield can cover 3 officers by protecting them from almost any handgun bullets.
Contribution to the saviors of our society.
However, the size of the shield cannot cover everyone in one go. After all, it’s not one size that fits all. Thanks to the engineers of BYU for coming up with this shield for our police officers. Who are keeping their lives on the line for our safety.
