Apple launched its iPhone 6 in 2014 worldwide which was respectively available in 16GB, 64GB, and 128GB. Recently the company has re-launched the same phone in 32GB of storage, with a Gold color. However, this time the launch was for the Asian market and it was done quietly.
In China, since February third party retailers have been selling this particular gadget as a low-priced model in the country and now coming on March 10 the same gadget will be offered on Taiwan Mobile as well.
Apple is not directly selling its new 32GB iPhone in the market but through the third party retailers. They are also offering another one of Apple’s handsets (iPhone SE) as a low-priced smartphone in the Asian market. Both smartphones are in the category of low-priced models in these countries but these phones have different advantages from each other. Like the iPhone SE has a bigger storage capacity but a smaller display. While the new iPhone 6 32GB has a bigger screen with limited storage capacity at 32GB.
Carriers are selling the devices for ‘free’ with an NT$1,399/month contract plan. Which is about $45 USD and the contract is for 30 months.
