Targeting the professionals micro blogging site Twitter is possibly planning to bring a premium edition, TweetDeck. Moreover, the site already planned to impose subscription fee from some of the special clients. For the span of 11 years Twitter successfully added a large number of users and providing service.
TweetDeck is a social media dashboard application for management of Twitter accounts. Like other Twitter applications it interfaces with the Twitter API to allow users to send and receive tweets and view profiles.

According to Statista, Twitter has 319 monthly active users  fourth quarter. Currently, advertisement is the sole revenue source of Twitter. Nonetheless, in comparison with Facebook, Twitter has significantly low revenue from advertisement.

However, as Twitter has only one source of revenue, the company wants to get rid of single dependency. Consequently, it comes up with an idea of imposing subscription fee. Twitter is planning to earn from subscription fee from the special edition of Twitter. The social media site routinely researches about its users. Analyzing the users Twitter takes opinions on how users are experiencing using the site. In fact, such process helps Twitter in investment related decisions and bringing new products. However, Twitter wants to make TwittDeck more attractive to the professionals. As a result, the company increasing some of the interesting features.
