Microsoft has its Education Event a few hours ahead of where we are expecting to see how it’s going to take on Google’s Chrome OS. On the eve of this event, a notorious Microsoft watcher WalkingCat (@h0x0d) just leaked some images on Twitter of what is simply a Microsoft Surface Laptop. Apart from its color range, size and OS, WalkingCat also shared a 360 view of this laptop.

According to the leak, the Surface Laptop will run Windows 10 S – a cloud-optimized version of Windows, which only runs apps from the Windows Store. It’s a slim 13.5-inch laptop with the PixelSense display, comes with 4 colors options and features an Alcantara-covered keyboard – the same fabric used on the premium Surface 4 Pro keyboard.

WalkingCat reveals that the Surface Laptop will reportedly weigh 2.76 lbs, with a thickness of 9.9mm at the front and 14.47mm at the back. Also, its display includes 3.4 million pixels, which indicates that Microsoft is using a 1080p panel for what looks like a 3:2 aspect ratio display at 13.5 inches.

It’s still not sure what processor and other hardware power the Surface Laptop, but from the 360 view it appears that the laptop a few ports. Instead of having a USB-C port the new laptop will likely have a USB-A port, a headphone jack, a Display Port, as well as a Surface Dock connector on the other side. However, to know the full details, you’ll have to wait until the event, which is expected to start today at about 9.30 AM ET.
