The globally recognized innovator called the Apple has introduced another upgrade to its WatchOS, hence, turning this already popular wearable more appealing for users.
Newer features to offer:
Its built-in Music app can now play songs based on its wearer’s listening history. Moreover, wearers are now able to relate songs for motivation while working out; as a result, music starts playing as soon as you start lifting.

Activity is the most frequently used app and now it has the ability to support wider ranges of workouts. Starting from high-intensity interval training to cardio and conditioning, the WatchOS 4 can detect sets completed by itself.
Personally speaking…
The update is going to be a lot more useful, especially during intense training while shifting from one set to another. After jogging straight for 15 minutes resulting in an awful amount of sweat, I hardly remember to change the training mode for lifting weights. This realization usually occurs to me during halfway through my workout session.
The most revolutionary change will be taking place when WatchOS can synchronize itself with gym equipment. As a result, wearers will be able to align their workout plans with the machine they are using.
Developers have access to WatchOS for now and will be made available for us during the fall of 2017.
