Vloging is fun, except when it causes a serious issue which leads to a lesson for a lifetime. Take Brooke Amelia Peterson for example, her father was an iPhone X engineer. She made an iPhone X hands-on video at the Apple campus. Since this was before the release of the handset, it caused her father to get fired from Apple.
Bit of an overkill?
The Apple authority took this video very seriously for some particular reason. Apple told her to delete the video but unfortunately, it was too late. Because of this issue, the tech giant has fired her father accusing him of breaking Apple’s rules and regulations by allowing his daughter to film the unreleased handset at the Apple’s campus.
In the Apple campus filming is completely prohibited. Despite that restriction, the video which Peterson uploaded was so easy to make. All throughout the video no one seemed at all bothered that she was recording.
The video footage showed an iPhone X with special employee-only QR codes, and importantly a notes app was also shown which appeared to include codenames of unreleased Apple products.
At the end of the day, Amelia Peterson regrets her uploading the video, and requests all to not hate her father because he is a great guy, and it wasn’t his fault. It was her’s.
