That’s the wise thing to do, initially. Yes, you might find your lost phone using Google Search.
This is how you can find
 Go to Google and Sign in!
 Type, “where is my phone?”
 A map will appear. Your mobile phone’s model number will be visible on the left side.
 A page will appear from Google browser. under the headline “Find Your Phone”. Moreover, beneath the headline, you will find a subhead “Ring or Locate Your Phone”.
 You’ll have two options. You can either ring or lock the phone. If you hit the ring option your phone will ring for 5 minutes at a stretch. On the other hand, selecting the lock option you can lock the phone.
Sadly, if this doesn’t work for you, Google cannot do anymore. Taking assistance from police will be an effective idea. In fact, this facility is only for Android run smartphones. Moreover, GPS of the phone should remain active. However, iPhone, Windows, or BlackBerry phone users won’t get this facility.
