The Chinese tech giant Xiaomi has officially announced on its Weibo page that the next flagship Xiaomi Mi 8 is going to unveil on May 31.
So, the Mi 7 series is missing, isn’t it? Well, here is the reason that the company directly has leaped on Mi 8 series to Mi 6 series as because of celebrating its 8th anniversary and also wants to match the last digit of the current year for easier navigation.
The features of the phone have not specified yet but according to the earlier leak suggested that Xiaomi Mi 8 will have a 6.01” bezel-less screen with a wide notch that would have in-house 3D sensors for face unlocking. Furthermore, the chipset is known to be Snapdragon 845 which back in December confirmed by the Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun at a Qualcomm conference. However, the price of the phone is going to be hard to believer €400 for a high-end 8/128 GB version.
